Happy 16th of October, everyone! I hope you have been enjoying this beautiful season. As we do school, we've been noticing buckets of leaves floating around the yard. It is so easy to see why this season is a favorite to so many.

Co-op begins on Friday! This year, Josh and I are teaching "NY History Mystery" On Saturday, I put it all together. Each month, I'm going to have the kids go around the room and find a "clue" for their worksheets. This month, if they answer all the questions correctly... their sheets will spell out HUDSON. Afterward, we will play a video on Henry Hudson and the kids will make STEM "Hudson River" boats with sticks, twine and sails. I'm proud of the way everything turned out. I love to figure out fun ways to help kids retain the information they've learned!
Another day, another pie! I LOVE baking. It's one of my favorite things.
