Halloween, The first snow and 12!
Hello everyone! ...and happy NOVEMBER!

Ashton and Josie each won first place at the library literary pumpkin contest! They each won a $20 gift card to Target (which they split between the siblings!)
Pumpkin carving party! This year, we watched Hocus Pocus outside as all the kids carved their pumpkins!

Fun halloween lunch. I really don't know why I am the way I am!!!
I've found that if I cook frozen chicken nuggets on top of the stove with Soy sauce, Ginger, Brown Sugar, Honey, Sesame seeds etc... and spoon them on top of plain Ramen noodles or white rice.... It tastes just like Chinese Take out or better!! I'm not kidding! I'm quite proud of that discovery.

The next day... we laid around, watched movies and ate candy. At night, we had dinner and played a long game of hide and seek in the dark! It was a fun and restful day. After an incredibly busy two weeks!
On the weekend, we finally got around to painting the living room!
And I also tried to tidy up our school space too.... again!
We went on a field trip to the Shakowi Cultural Center. It ended up being the BEST field trip we've ever been on!
