September 2012 -Beginning of the school year. They have certainly grown!
We had to cancel camping plans with friends on Memorial day weekend as the weather was a little too nasty for camping out with a baby. With some pretty wet and cold weather outside, I decided to build them our own campsite in the living room.
They both had their own camping gear for the night as well.

I think Josie is going to be an actress someday. She really gets into the moment.
We even had the sounds of the great outdoors in our living room thanks to the camping sounds app!
Falling asleep at a ridiculously late hour
The next day, we had fun at Sylvan beach!
Afterward, we made s'mores and hotdogs over the fire at home
The kids are going through a detective phase. They are always looking for mysteries.
On Memorial day, we had a little picnic over at Moo and Matt's house.
Prior to leaving, mary had a little lamb.
Ashton upon putting his flag in the back of his back pack, "I just want to put this here so everyone knows where I live."
We had some seriously tired kids after our first weekend of summer.
Speaking of summer, we are enjoying a lot of that lately.
The Wild Animal Park
Only Josie would wear a ballet outfit and tap shoes to a zoo.
A bbq and bonfire with friends.
They have the same shoes.

The kids dug holes in the yard looking for worms and mysteries until 10:30.
